Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to private Chemistry tutoring services provided by Chemtotem, operated by Nathalie Baret, a French micro-entrepreneur.

1. Tutoring Services

Chemtotem provides private Chemistry tutoring, either online or in person. The information presented on the site is for informational purposes only. Chemtotem reserves the right to modify the content of the offers at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking

Lessons may be arranged by email, through the contact form or by another method agreed between the client and Chemtotem.

A lesson is considered booked once the date and time have been agreed.

3. Rates

The current rate is:

€50 per 60-minute session.

Any change in rates will be communicated before applying to future lessons.

4. Payment

Payment is not currently made through this website.

Payment method: Bank transfer, secure payment system

Payment is due: AFTER EACH LESSON

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If a student needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson, Chemtotem should be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

For cancellations made with less notice the lesson fee is due in full.

In exceptional circumstances, Chemtotem may agree to reschedule a lesson.

6. Online Lessons

For online lessons, the student is responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and access to the agreed video-conferencing platform.

Chemtotem cannot be held responsible for technical problems caused by the student's equipment, internet connection or third-party services.

7. Educational Results

Chemtotem provides educational support but cannot guarantee a particular grade, examination result or admission to a particular university or school.

8. Teaching Materials

Teaching materials provided by Chemtotem are intended for the student's personal educational use and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially used without prior permission.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website is exclusive property of Chemtotem. Any reproduction or use without authorization is prohibited. 

10. Personal Data

Personal data may be processed in connection with the tutoring services.

11. Governing Law
